ボクシングの試合中や、治療の一環として日常生活の一部が制限される時に使われるドクターストップという和製英語は、英語ではdoctor’s orders (not to ~) と表現します。doctor’s ordersは、医者の指示、忠告という意味で、例えば He is under doctor’s orders not to smoke (彼は医者によって、喫煙を禁止されています) のような使い方をします。

ボクシングの場合は、TKO（正式には technical knockout by the order of the ring doctor ）などを使った表現などがありますが、一番簡単なのは The ring doctor stops the fight です。
